If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back and we'll refund its cost. Please Note: prints must be returned undamaged to qualify for a refund.
Security: All credit card processing is done through our secure Sage Pay payment facility. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. The only information passed on to us is that which allows us to fulfil the order you have placed.
Your Personal Information: Your personal details will be retained for one month or until we can confirm the goods you have ordered have been safely delivered or collected from our gallery. By the way, the Legal Basis by which we collect your information (which we're obliged to quote by the latest regulations set down by the Information Commissioner's Office) is by Consent (when you place an order with us), or Legitimate Interest if you have subscribed to our newsletter.

Website Images: We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen. As we produce all of our prints here in our own workshops, we take great care when proofing and setting them up for production (as one does - when the artist who created the original is looking over your shoulder). As a consequence, our prints look much better in 'real life' than they do on a computer screen.
Prices: The price you pay will be specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods do not include postage which will be added to the items during the checkout.
